Donations

You have four ways to donate an item or service to be sold at the Gala & Auction:  

• Complete our item donation online form. 
• Send an e-mail to donations@swsauction.org, and make your subject line “DONATION from [your organization]”. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
  • Donor Contact Information
  • Item name
  • Detailed description for online auction catalog
  • Fair Market value restrictions?
  • Materials to be displayed at the Auction?
• Download, print, and e-mail an image of our donation form (photographed or scanned) to donations@swsauction.org, and make your subject line “DONATION from [your organization]”

• Download and complete the 2019 Gala & Auction Sponsorship Form and return the form (and your check) to:
